The majority of our clients book 6-8 months in advance during peak season (April-October), However, we may accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Payment Policy
To secure your event date with Allure Tails Mobile Bar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your date is reserved and allows us to begin preparations for your event. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days before your event date. We accept Cash/Money Order, CashApp, ApplePay, Credit/Debit. Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. If you need to cancel your event after booking with us, please note that your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within two weeks (14 days) of the event, you will be responsible for the full booking amount.

No, Allure Tails Mobile Bar is a dry-hire bartending service. We provide professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, and bar equipment, but clients must provide their own alcohol.
Don't worry, we are fully licensed and insured to serve alcohol, and we will provide you with a curated shopping list for your event.

Of course! The options are endless with our enchanted mobile bars. We truly cater to our clients so if you aren't a drinker but still want something fun to spice up your event, we'll make it happen! Our mocktails are so good, your event won't even miss the alcohol!

All of our bartenders carry the Georgia mandated Alcohol Awareness Card and have gone through training. Depending on your location and event type, a special event permit may be required. We can advise you on local regulations.
